Return Policy
According to the law, customers may return or exchange products within 15 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition.
Conditions for Returns:
We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn or show signs of wear.

Products damaged due to improper handling.

Items with missing tags.

Products not accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.
How to Start a Return:
Before shipping any items back, please email us at shop@unudoitrei.ro with the following details:

Order number and your full name.

The product(s) you wish to return.

Your preference for an exchange or a refund.

Optional: The reason for the return (this helps us improve!).
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
